What we use

Diil Calendar uses your name, email, time zone, working hours and event settings to provide scheduling. We store bookings, guest contact details, booking answers, source-link visits and host notes. Email sign-in uses short-lived links and a session cookie.

Google and Microsoft sign-in

You can use an available Google or Microsoft sign-in option to create or access your Diil account. We request basic identity details, including your email and the provider’s stable account identifier. We store that identifier so you return to the same workspace. Signing in does not connect your calendar or grant access to meetings. If the provider does not establish ownership of your email, we ask you to confirm it once before linking the account. We discard the provider’s sign-in tokens after checking them and use a Diil session cookie for subsequent visits.

Connected Google Calendar

When you choose to connect Google, we read your Google email to identify the connected account, check busy times on your primary calendar, and create, update or cancel events for meetings booked through Diil. We can request Google Meet links for those meetings. Availability checks use calendar event times and status; other calendar events are not imported into your Diil meeting list.

Connection credentials are encrypted. We retain the connected email, credential expiry, synchronization status, IDs of events created through Diil and meeting links so changes can update the right event. Disconnecting in Integrations removes the stored connection credentials. You can also revoke Diil access in your Google Account.

What others can see

Your public booking page shows the host profile and meeting details you choose to publish, plus available times. Your team can see its members, booking links and meeting summaries, including guest names, meeting titles and times. Private host notes, booking answers and calendar credentials are not shared through the team view. Guests receive their own booking details and a private link to manage the meeting.

Services used to provide the app

The app runs on Sites with Cloudflare hosting and database services. Resend sends sign-in links, team invitations and booking emails. Connected calendar providers receive the details needed to create and update invitations. Sent email content is cleared from the app’s delivery queue after the sending service accepts it; the recipient, delivery status and receipt remain for support and retries. These providers process data under their own service terms.

Use and retention

We use calendar data to provide scheduling features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Diil Calendar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Account settings and booking records remain stored until removed or a deletion request is handled. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes, sessions after 14 days, and invitations after 7 days. Expired or superseded email contents are cleared by the delivery recovery process. Removing someone from a team ends access to shared team information and preserves their personal calendar records.

Your choices and contact

You can change your profile and availability, pause booking links, leave a team, disconnect a calendar, or sign out in the app. To request access, correction or deletion of account and booking data, contact oliver@investlandbali.com. Include the email you use for Diil Calendar so we can verify your request.
